Last night, we’d had a busy day getting ready for Christmas so we hunted in the fridge for something quick and easy to eat. We were in luck because we came up with this Baked Camembert with Cranberry and rosemary, which we will definitely be making again. It takes only 5 minutes to prepare, it’s in the oven 20 minutes and you are ready to tuck in.
We have frozen part-baked bread in our freezer all the time, so we could just pop them in the oven for the last 5 minutes of the cooking time.
We served it all with olives, fresh cherries and, as it’s Christmas, the treat crisps!
